Who I Help

Clients come to see me when they feel stuck, whether in old patterns, past experiences, or systems that no longer feel workable. Many of the teens and adults I work with are navigating self-doubt, worry, or critical inner voices that make it hard to move forward in the way they want. Others are seeking new ways of relating to themselves, their relationships, or their work because they can see that how they’ve been coping no longer fits. Together, we work toward greater self-trust, resilience, and clarity, helping them move through life with more freedom and intention.

How I Work

My approach to therapy is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I’m here to walk alongside you, offering a space that feels accepting, nurturing, and safe to explore what matters most to you. I believe therapy should feel like a deep conversation with someone who is in it with you, not a set of tasks to complete. While I offer gentle guidance and perspective, I trust that you hold the wisdom you need to move forward. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and other relational approaches to help you reconnect with your inner strengths, explore patterns that no longer serve you, and build greater self-trust and connection.

What You Can Expect

Through our work together, my hope is that you gain a deeper understanding of yourself — why certain patterns show up, how they’ve served you, and how you can begin to choose new ways of responding with greater clarity and intention. I want you to leave therapy with a stronger sense of self-worth, resilience, and compassion toward yourself. Many of my clients find they are able to show up more fully in their relationships and in their lives, with less self-judgment and a greater ability to set boundaries that honor both themselves and others.
