My Approach

I’m Marina (she/her), a therapist who helps adults slow down and understand what is happening internally when things feel hard. In my work, I focus on creating a steady and supportive space where clients can explore their emotional experience without feeling rushed or pressured to have things figured out. I’m especially interested in helping people notice patterns of avoidance or disconnection with curiosity rather than self judgment.

Therapy with me is collaborative and intentional. Sessions are focused on what feels most important to you, with space to explore your internal world in a way that feels concrete and manageable. I see therapy as a place to build trust with yourself and develop new ways of staying present rather than pushing through or shutting down.

Outside of my work, I enjoy spending time with my dogs, being outdoors, painting, and unwinding with a good reality show.
