What is the first step?

I offer a free brief phone consultation where we can talk about what you are looking for in therapy and explore whether we might be a good fit. If we decide to move forward, we will schedule an initial session to get started. We will continue to check in about fit as we go, and if at any point it feels like a different therapist would be a better match, I am happy to help with referrals.

Where do you provide services?

I see clients in person in Kennebunk, Maine, and I also offer online therapy to clients throughout the state of Maine using a secure video platform.

What is telehealth?

Telehealth is therapy conducted online using a secure video platform. Sessions take place from your home or another private space and can offer added flexibility and convenience.

What ages do you see?

I work with adults 18 and up who are choosing therapy for themselves. I aim to create a space where clients feel respected, supported, and invested in their own growth.

How long are sessions?

Sessions are typically 50 minutes.

How often will we meet?

Session frequency depends on your needs and goals. Many clients begin with weekly sessions and may shift to biweekly over time. We will work together to find a schedule that feels supportive and sustainable.
